Ross Bonifield

As President of Preferred Financial Group, Ross has responsibility for investments and customer service in addition to participating as an active member of the advisory team that meets directly with clients. Once financial plans are in place, he monitors client accounts and makes whatever changes are necessary.

Truthfulness and transparency form the foundation of the strong client relationships Ross has formed, built on trust earned through years of open and honest communications. He is dedicated to helping people accomplish their personal and financial goals and approaches client interactions with an open mind, acting as a counselor, to create financial plans that are fully customized to the client’s needs.

Ross has been in the financial services industry since 1998 and holds the FINRA Series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Representative), 7 (General Securities Representative), 24 (General Securities Principal), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), and 65 (Uniform Registered Investment Adviser Law) licenses. He also holds Life, Health & Accident, and Variable Life/Annuities insurance licenses. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Ross lives in Phoenix with his wife and three children. He enjoys working with kids and has coached basketball for 12 years. In his free time, Ross swims, hikes, and participates in other outdoor activities that allow him to enjoy the great weather and scenic beauty Phoenix offers.
